Creating a New Portfolio

1. Click on the Side Menu Navigation button in top left corner of the window to expand the Side Navigation Menu.

2. Click on the Plus Sign icon located next to the Portfolios listing.
3. In the New Portfolio display, supply a Title and Description.
4. To add current Groups into the Portfolio, click in the Group field.  A drop-down menu displaying the Group will appear.  Click on the Groups in the list to add them into the Portfolio; click a project a second time to remove it.
   
5. Click on the Save button to save the Portfolio.

NOTE
Groups can be included in more than one Portfolio.
